Called them 7 times over the course of a month and a half starting at 10/23, then 10/27, then 11/4. Left multiple voicemails with my information and no return call. Called them one last time today 11/26 to give them one last chance because I’ve heard great reviews about the doctors. As expected the lady was extremely rude telling me there’s other offices and they aren’t the only ones and they’re now booking for January. Very poor office staff. Most of the doctors are very good, however dealing with the ignorance of the receptionist then administration as I was trying to make a Dr appointment was ridiculous. They've messed up important paperwork in the past and now this. I won't be going back to this office. Unfortunately I liked my doctor.
