I have been using Derick Dermatology, Oak Park, for approximately 4 years. Today when I went for my annual exam and entered the parking structure, there were no tickets being issued. I inquired at the desk if I would be able to get my car out and was informed I had to open an account with the parking garage operators, giving them my phone number, email, and credit card information, maybe more info but I stopped at this point as I do not give these out easily.
