The office called me while I was in the middle of cooking, for my upcoming appointment, and said I had to pay a $20 balance on the account or they would have to cancel the appointment! I was not able to walk away and give them a card at that moment, So they canceled my appointment! They are petty and unprofessional! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I went into my appointment genuinely excited. I was hoping to receive Botox and also discuss possible laser treatments for the spider veins on my face; something I have been self-conscious about for years.
