I wanted to have my two heat pump systems evaluated. The first company tested both systems twice and reported inconclusive results both times. Their testing took less than a day each time. I contacted Anthony to have his company test. He was very informative and straight forward with me. Josh, the tech that came out, was just as helpful and informative. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Here is why: 1. Once you give your final payment they will forget about you: After they get their last payment, they will stop answering your calls, text, emails. Even if something is wrong with their equipment and installation they do not seem to care take any responsibility. 2. Code violations: they do not work according to code. Hired DeRice Energy to install a heat pump system in a camp in Standish fall 2022. They did a great job helping me select the right system for my needs. Installation went exactly as planned. Technicians were very professional. They also took care of the warranty and rebate paperwork without me even asking. The unit runs flawlessly and its clear they sized the unit just right for the building.
