As a residential architecture firm (Alter Architects), we partnered with DeRhodes on a complex home remodel of an historic home in PlazaMidwood. They had excellent communication and transparency, with the homeowners and us, at every stage of the construction process. As architects, we appreciated their attention to detail, both in practice and in finished results. Lindsey and Jason have picked up where Eddie left off... Recommend A+.
Eddie is a great guy--he will tell you exactly what is necessary and the most economical way to get the job done correctly even if he makes less money because of it. He's very honest and I highly recommend him.
