While being signed in and checked by the staff and physician everything was great, but now three day later they yet to send my prescriptions to the pharmacy. I’m still dealing with great pain and discomfort.
Dr Derek West replaced my left shoulder with a reverse joint and my procedure went great, I’ve been back for two follow-up visits and everything is healing nicely! Dr West is super personable, he took the time to invest in talking and listening to me asking me how the shoulder feels, how I’m sleeping, how my PT is going and offered me guidance & direction for me to share with my Physical Therapist. It’s really refreshing to have a Specialist take time every visit to talk on a personal level…
Dr.West got me right in— I’ve been having pain in knee for weeks. Everyone in office great, very little wait time. He explained everything need done.
