Let me start by saying the office is nice but the staff (while the one who checks in ) and doctor is not the best. I went to my first appt back in May when I got there I had to sit for a hour to see the doctor that I didn’t see I seen the NP. My second appt was yesterday the doctor comes in the room to discuss my Test results and as he coming in the room he Intentionally left the room door open! No sense of privacy didn’t really let me know much about my results suggest that I should get injections I put my info into ChatGPT... read more
Ppl r bad trying to make a appointment and they talk to with sarcasm and r rude and I have them recorded I had to do there job for them I kept calling that they send out the referral and instead of them trying to get a hold of my client or doctor to talk to them they faxing the paperwork to the wrong number that they sending it to a old number I had to do they job for them it’s not my or my doctor fault they haven’t updated they fax number they say u r rude but when u talk to them they talk to u like ur a kid like ur stupid ... read more

I didn’t get the chance to meet Dr. Taggard. Instead, I was seen by his PA, Amy Clawges, whose tone and treatment felt dismissive, unprofessional, and racially biased. I came in barely able to walk, seeking help and answers, but was met with comments like, “I’m not trying to argue with you,” “It’s mild pain,” and “Your insurance won’t cover an MRI.” These remarks felt rooted in assumptions about my background and financial status. Dr. Taggard, to date my interactions with you and your staff have been pleasant. But yesterday was another story. I met "Heather" your incredibly unprofessional office Manager. After being told to come to your office to retrieve my confidential MRI scans and reports that were brought to your office by myself on CD the girls at the front desk looked for them.
