I didn’t get the chance to meet Dr. Taggard. Instead, I was seen by his PA, Amy Clawges, whose tone and treatment felt dismissive, unprofessional, and racially biased. Dr. Taggard, to date my interactions with you and your staff have been pleasant. But yesterday was another story. I met "Heather" your incredibly unprofessional office Manager. After being told to come to your office to retrieve my confidential MRI scans and reports that were brought to your office by myself on CD the girls at the front desk looked for them. Dr Taggard did my Chiari Decompression surgery back in 2007 at Travis AFB. While I still have issues, every single neurosurgeon I’ve seen since has said my Chiari Decompression looks amazing and my surgeon did a great job. Back in 2007 he made my brain surgery sound like he was changing a bandaid.
