My mother has been a patient of Dr. Sun for a few years, the fact that she is getting older and lives in NYC and I live in Miami, makes things a little difficult. However, due to the excellent quality of service that the doctor and the wonderful staff provides has made the situation much easier and manageable, the care and compassion they have showed is much appreciated, specially . Yunisa, thank you! Therefore, I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a competent and caring doctor and staff.
When ever I call or visit doctor Sun ,I am always met with courteous receptionists.
I lowered my stars because…. I called Dr Sun, left a message to call me. I get a call from his staff, I was told if I had any questions…. I should make an appointment. Whattt…. UnProfessional, I was a loyal patient for 9 yrs. Shame on YOU.. Dr Sun. No more recommendations from me. A year ago I said…… Awesome bedside manners. My doctor Derrick Sun will always acknowledge my calls. He is in NYC n I will go out of my way to keep him. I love my Dr. Sun. Thank U for helping me survive 8 yrs extra.
