This business Derek Steens Auto is the worst workshop I have ever done business with. Went in for a service and ended up spending over $4000 on unnecessary work. He should be ashamed of himself very unprofessional. Avoid this business at all cost. I only left one star so I could post this honest review...
Our car was taken to Derek Steen's Auto Care after breaking down on the highway. We cannot speak highly enough about the service here. We mostly dealt with Dylan and were really impressed with his commitment to our needs and his regular communication. We really felt the guys had a lot of integrity and care for their customers. Cannot recommend more highly! :)
I was alarmed to hear that Derek Steen’s garage is the RACV nominated depot for cars to be towed to in the event of a breakdown.My experience of Mr Steen’s competence was not favourable. One does wonder how the RACV- an organisation committed to representing the interests of its members, the motorists- assesses the suitability of a garage.
I have had all my vehicles serviced by the team at Derek Steen's Auto Care. My cars have always been done on time and if there has been anything extra needed during the services I have always been contacted before proceeding. I cannot fault them and highly recommended them to all my friends who in turn have used them and enjoy similar experience. Thanks guys keep up the great work.
