This business Derek Steens Auto is the worst workshop I have ever done business with. Went in for a service and ended up spending over $4000 on unnecessary work. He should be ashamed of himself very unprofessional. Avoid this business at all cost. I only left one star so I could post this honest review...
Our car was taken to Derek Steen's Auto Care after breaking down on the highway. We cannot speak highly enough about the service here. We mostly dealt with Dylan and were really impressed with his commitment to our needs and his regular communication. We really felt the guys had a lot of integrity and care for their customers. Cannot recommend more highly! :)
