Working with Derek to secure a home loan was everything I could have asked for and then some! He got unbeatable rates, worked closely with me to think through how much and whether to do a rate buy down, and helped me understand the ins and outs of refinancing if I were to want this later. As a bonus, he pointed me to some free lease agreements that a lawyer publishes for free and gave me a lot of tips on renting. I will definitely contact Derek for home loans in future!
