PLEASE CHECK TYRES. We had a good experience buying a used ( 2 year old) car from Andy.On the way home tyre pressure warning light came on.While sorting out the pressure we realised the front tyres were badly cracked and perished .On contacting the garage we were reasured as the tread was still within limits ,it satisfied Skoda check criteria.Our local tyre centre were surprised at the state of the tyres and felt they may not be safe for much longer.
Decided to treat myself to a new car after owning a Focus ST, Polo GTI, Audi A5 etc. and decided I wanted a new shape Octavia VRS. Safe to say I didn’t expect the top class customer service & aftercare that Derek Slack has provided. I knew the exact spec I wanted and visited a few dealerships before visiting DSM. Excellent customer service
The sales people at Derek Slack, like many garages, tell you lies. I'd love it if car sales people could be honest. When I purchased my Skoda from Derek Slack I was keen to get one with cruise control. My previous two cars had cruise control and I'd got used to using it. I asked the sales person, does it have cruise control, he replied "yes!". I discovered a few days after purchasing the car, it didn't have cruise control. I’ve been their customer for 5 years now, every single time I’ve had great experience. Very professional car service and fantastic customer care. Can’t ask for more, or wait, I just bought a bike from them too! It’s worth driving from Leeds to receive such a service.
