Derek helped us with an issue involving rotted wood. He was very reactive and gave us good advice. He then replaced the trimmings and made sure that the issue would not happen again. It is clear that Derek really cares and he did an amazing job. We will definitely call him again if another issue arises.
Derek came to do a minor reno to the front of our home in Halfmoon Bay. Once we started we found a lot of damage from the wind driven rain off the ocean. Derek rebuilt and matched our wood finishes and installed Blueskin, flashings, steel ties and shakes to bring our home back to much better than new. We have him back now to do a few things . If you want a contactor that actually cares for your home as much as you do Derek is your man! If there was a higher rating we would give it to him!!
