Everyone from sign in to leaving was kind, friendly, efficient and knowledgable. Dr. Shia is kind, light and yet to the point. He presented different scenarios of treatment and the expected outcomes for each, leaning toward that which he felt would be best. I feel very confident of my treatment under Dr. Shia's care and guidance.
Had anatomical shoulder replacement, which failed. Dr shia took me in right away and is now doing revision surgery. Hoping this one takes!
