Derek is nothing short of excellent at what he does! He is the best barber I have ever been to. When I initially arrived, I arrived about 5-7 minutes late which I had felt pretty bad about. Finding the suite was a bit hard, but once I found it, Derek was there waiting patiently and greeted me kindly. He asked me how I would like my haircut done (due to having left pretty confusing instructions on the booking site), and I showed him picture examples of what I wanted.
