Scheduling disaster. My first appointment date and time was changed without notifying me whatsoever. At first I assumed I had the wrong date saved but luckily I had the original email. So after scrambling with work to change my requested time off last minute I was able to make my first appointment. I had a follow-up in 6 months. I never received a text/call or email for the follow up appointment it was apparently cancelled without notice.
Dr Powell takes his time with you. You don’t feel rushed. He has a very calm demeanor and very caring.
Dr Powell and his staff are always friendly and compassionate. He always takes the time to sit and discuss my concerns and come up with solutions to deal with them. I am very grateful to have found such a kind and knowledgeable doctor.
