I’ve had issues with my car and issues with my home and each time Derek has calmed me down and given me great advice and great customer service and his staff is always at the ready to help me. I highly recommend!
As a long-standing customer I am befuddled as to why this agent is impossible to reach, not to mention the energy and time it is taking to resolve a very simple matter. Fast forward two months later- I’ve spoken to online service agents who have also failed at reaching anyone at this office.
