I don’t usually write negative reviews, but our experience closely mirrors Gregory’s. Unfortunately, Derek rarely returns calls and never followed up with us after we made our deposit. There were no updates or annual meetings to review our finances, despite having our accounts there for nine years. Whenever we had questions, his response was simply to contact the bank ourselves.
