This company has the worst customer service of any company I have ever used. They installed a non-working A/C and furnace in my elderly mother's home....costing her almost $10K. After 3 times out to the residence and refusing to replace it and no longer speaking to my mother, we had to pay another $8K to get her another WORKING unit. Consumer PLEASE beware!
We had a new HVAC unit installed by this company recently and have experienced the same serious issue three separate times: the system would randomly switch from cooling to heating, even in the middle of summer, and the heat wouldn’t shut off from the thermostat, the only way to stop it was by physically removing the thermostat from the wall. Found Derek when we moved to the area three years ago. We have used him from everything from appliance work to HVAC repair to hot water heater replacement. He inspects and maintains our HVAC annually for both furnace and air conditioning. He did all the electrical work and installation of our bathroom fixtures when we remodeled the bathroom. They don’t do the job they agree to do. Even though they had an architect’s set of drawings to follow with specific equipment, they decided to do their own thing. That’s after they showed up over a week late for the job in the first place. Now, despite the fact that I told them they could still get paid even though it was different from the drawings as long as the city inspector passed it, they are harassing and disparaging me online. Definitely can’t recommend them.
