I do not recommend this office to anyone I over looked the negative reviews when my doctor referred me cause I give everyone a chance but the negative reviews are true. They are not very knowledgeable about certain procedures. They told me you have to be 210 for skin removal which is false & told me they can refer me to a weight loss specialist which I already had Weight loss surgery & loss weight which my doctor put that in my referral. I went to see Dr. Masden to have a breast reduction due to the pain I've been in for years of wearing bra's, dealing with neck & back pains when wearing bra's hours at a time. He informed me that he wasn't going to do the surgery because I wasn't a good candidate. Even after he noted that my pain is coming from having Macromastia. He also called me a ??, (SHE IS CURRENTLY A ??) as noted in the clinical notes he reported after my appointment. This to me is sexual discrimination. Dr. Derek Masden is amazing! He’s caring, professional, and always quick to return calls, even after hours. He was super great with explaining the process and answering all of my questions. His staff has always been so super sweet, understanding and quick with answering my questions and returning my calls. I waited 6 months for my surgery and IM SO glad I did! Thank you Dr. Masden for my new body!!
Dr. Masden and his staff have been amazing through my surgical process. Questions were responded to quickly, and the results from surgery are wonderful.
