Derek and Stacy went above and beyond helping me find my house! They were patient with me and made me feel 100% comfortable with the process, they answered any questions I had and talked me through everything with out frustration!
Derek and Stacy made finding, negotiating, closing, and repairs such a breeze. I would only recommend them. Their service was top tier, next level.

I highly recommend Derek to help you find a house! I was moving into the area from out of the state and knew nothing about the city. He was more than happy to answer all of my questions and worked diligently to find the perfect house for me and my family. He is extremely trust-worthy, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.
Do NOT use this man. He is a liar and a fraud. He convinced me to buy a property that was a site unseen because I trusted his word and he absolutely screwed me over. He told me it was in a good area and that he would even buy it for one of his rental properties and once we got there we were told by EVERYONE we were in one of the worst parts of Pensacola we could be in.
