We hired Derek to waterproof our bulkhead because during heavy rains water would go into our basement from it. Derek was always on time, and he was able to estimate the job and start it within a week of us contacting him. He and his team did a great job waterproofing, because since that has happened we had that giant snowstorm and then it all melted and rain storms - no water in the basement! Just purchased a tri axle worth of millings. Derek was great to work with. Delivered them quickly. The driver was courteous and professional. Definitely calling them if I need more.
Derek did a great job putting stone siding on my house and making new front steps. His price was lower than competitors and his whole team worked diligently (often 12 hours a day!) to get the job done properly. I highly recommend him.
Derek waterproofed my bulkhead a few years ago. We used to get water into the basement from it during every rain storm. After he waterproofed it, we never got water through it again. It's been years and we have had some crazy rains. Today we had the worst rain storm I've seen in the last 15 years. All my neighbors are pumping water from their basements, but not I. I am just here leaving this review. I am very satisfied with Derek's work and would recommend it 100%.
Hired Derek on September 21 2019 to demolish steps that another contractor put in poorly and illegal height. Derek came to our home and was so kind and spent 2 days demolishing and clearing the debris. I am so thankful to have hired such an professional, kind man that made every effort to take care of the situation so quickly. If i ever need more work done we would not hesitate in hiring Derek.
