I've found Derek Lawhorn to be a very calm, caring person. He doesn't get in a hurry & will listen to what you're saying. I would recommend him to anyone. The office staff at the window entirely different. Generally incompetent, uncaring they can be aggravating to deal with in person iron the phone.
