I was assaulted by a male nurse at Jeff Anderson hospital, and I have proof of the assault, in the medical records. They declined to take the case, so don’t waste your time with this law firm because they only take the big lawsuits. If it’s not a million dollar case then they won’t take it.

They talk the talk but do not walk the walk. Mr Hall did my first case. I never saw him after that nor could I speak to him again. He was showing me pictures of his kids as we walked out of court after my 2nd divorce to the same man. Im thinking why do I want to see your happy family after what my son and I have been through. I was told if my ex did not uphold the settlement, he would put him in contempt . He left out the part about it costing $5000. My ex got a slap on the wrist for abandoning his family after 5 years. Derek is a snake in the grass! My name is David, I hired Derek Hall to be my attorney for my divorce. I rate this man at the bottom of the totem pole! He(Derek) is supposed to be the professional and let’s just say that he forgot to have certain things put into my divorce papers , which has causes quite a few issues.
