I had a decent experience with Dr. Kues in person but the post treatment was far than subpar. First, the staff at the front desk are extremely rude and not helpful when trying to schedule. After my appointment, Dr. Keus cancelled my follow up and appointment for full body scan which HE recommended. I then got a bill in the mail for a treatment I did not receive when at the office for my first appointment. The staff was kind and polite as always. On this particular visit, I wasn't feeling well. The staff was very concerned and allowed me to stay in the exam room even after my consult until I felt more stable. I even got some treats to stave off the hunger as well as bottled water. Great team expression of kindness. It wasn't for show. It was for real.
Quick and efficient visit. Derek was able to identify my skin issue right away and provide a solution.
