Anisa was very polite and helpful. There were many changes I needed to make with my policy including adding a new vehicle and lowering the mileage for another vehicle. She made both of these processes very smooth and painless. A great example of how to be a good representative.

I have a bad feeling about this company! I am with you for almost six months with two cars and now you raise my prices without notifying me ‘ I even put my house insured with you and i was supposed to get better rates but unfortunately l didn’t! Instead my price was higher! Very disappointed ☹️
