We have multiple policies through Derek Jones @ State Farm. Been about 10 years so I just wanted to say thanks to Derek, Patty & the rest of his team. We hope State Farm allows some personal articles policies other than that we have been satisfied so far. I will update as needed. Thanks again.

Talked to Patty Gamez at the Derek Jones agency because I bought a new car and needed to add it to my coverage. Process was so easy. Patty was really helpful in making sure I had what was needed and talked over the various options. It was was quick, efficient and I even got my new cards right away. think how the process could have been smoother. Well done.
