Derek has been a part of our lives since 2012, and we can't recommend him enough. That year, my daughter decided to spread Sudo cream all over the carpets, and we thought they were ruined. Derek, the magician that he is, came and managed to remove every trace of the heavy zinc cream. We have used him for our carpet cleaning every year since. Besides being the best professional we've ever hired, he is also an incredibly lovely person. A pleasure to do business with.
