I had to have a root canal because Bevans neglected to do the right thing… Over priced and arrogant…
Derek Bevans and his entire team are exceptional! Their office is comfortable, with great outdoor views that make it relaxing while sitting, and I never feel cramped. The location is convenient with good parking. More importantly, the staff is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. Worst chairside manners we have experienced. Initial visit was peaches and cream, my wife was very stressed when she went in with a tooth issue and Dr Bevins told her she should be medicated. It was not in a kind caring manner but rather direct and uncaring. This cold care happened a couple more times for her. When I called to cancel my cleaning appointment due to waking up with a sore throat and thinking it was best to not expose the staff, I was still charged $50 and received a letter the following week that he would no lo... read more
I had an unexpected tooth ache in a molar and stopped in mid week to make an appt.. Dr. Bevins fit me in within 10 minutes for a quick filing and solution to the discomfort. Amazing great service and care on a busy midweek drop-in. Exceptional care and comfort.
Everyone is so friendly and very professional. I have been going to Dr. Bevans for about 10 years. He has help me with keeping my teeth healthy, clean and cavity free.
