Derek is good as a doctor but the ability to talk to staff is so ridiculously impeded it’s almost impossible to communicate with them if you don’t go in person. They use an answering service that does not allow you to contact the actual staff so instead of being able to return their call you have to call back in to the answering service and start the whole process over. So unless you can answer the phone when they call back (there’s no way of knowing when/if they are going to) you have to get stuck in a hellish game of phone... read more
My experience with Dr. Derrick Naccari has always been excellent. He is consistently thorough, professional, and takes the time to address any questions or concerns. The check-in process is seamless, and the wait time is always short, making each visit efficient and pleasant. I highly recommend Dr. Naccari and his staff for the exceptional care they provide.
Dr Naccari is always professional and thorough. The hour edit past my appointment was a bit much… but he takes his time with the patients and doesn’t rush through.
My first time meeting with Dr. Naccari was a great. After cancelling my first appointment, they squeezed me in because I needed a surgery clearance and already had some travel planned. He was great. Obviously a NOLA guy (important to us as locals), we were able to talk easily about our Katrina experiences and local neighborhoods. As a physician, he was easy to talk to and able to get ALL of my pre-surgery testing done (bloodwork, EKG and Chest Xray) while I was at this first appointment.
