Derek made the transaction so easy to go through. He really helped us understand everything that was happening in the lending process and was wonderful to work with!
Working with the group at Advantage Mortgage was a great experience. Using the app made it super easy to get them all of my documents. I was in a tricky situation because I was trying to get a loan at the same time I was changing jobs, but they were able to find me a good loan. There was constant communication, and they were available whenever I had any questions. It felt like we were their only customer, or at least their most important customer. I will definitely use them again. Next time I need a loan/mortgage.
