My husband and I were looking to purchase a new house in Myrtle Beach, SC. Derek was wonderful from start to finish. He always answered his phone or emails when we needed to get in touch with him. I can't say enough excellent things about Derek. We had been shopping for our perfect beach house for family and STR, up and down the NC & SC coast. Derek came highly recommended by a friend in our neighborhood who purchased with him in Barefoot Landing.
