I can't say enough excellent things about Derek. We had been shopping for our perfect beach house for family and STR, up and down the NC & SC coast. Derek came highly recommended by a friend in our neighborhood who purchased with him in Barefoot Landing. We received a call one late afternoon from Derek about a North Myrtle Beach house that was exactly what we were looking for.
