Deplorable doctor took my senior mother to see Dr Derek Hun (Dr Who?? He needs to go back to Texas Physicians to do more internship) just for him to tell my mother you have flat corneas. I had an appointment scheduled for 10:00 AM well around 10:30 after waiting for 30 minutes to be seen I ask the lady how many out of the 12 people waiting to be seen were actually here to see Dr. Han. She goes on to tell me that several and that he is running behind. She said if I needed to reschedule she could get me rescheduled. How rude! She then tells me that it will be at least another 30 minute wait to be seen. Dr. Han is an awesome doctor!
Dr. Han is an excellent doctor. His staff however are lacking in people skills. Front desk is welcoming. Kenya needs to learn about compassion for the elderly
