I am a realtor (team leader) in San Diego and have referred two clients to this team and in both cases, the initial service was fine until time to lock the loan. In both cases the representative (different people) both ignored calls and did not lock in a timely manner in which time rates had increased. Now, I am fine with mistakes, everyone makes them.
