I have had the pleasure now of seeing Derek for 5 appts. I have never been to an osteopath……and I have many physical health issues. Derek not only took the time to listen and read all of my medical history, but has taken the time to help me better understand how these things can be interconnected. Derek is an amazing osteopath! He has helped our family maintain the best possible body alignment. He takes his time with our 2 young kids, making them feel comfortable and relaxed. He even took extra time showing our kids a cool app he has of how the human body works, they were stoked! We have only great things to say about Derek in our home:)
Please do yourself a favor and give Derek a visit! He will listen and use his knowledge of the human body to leave you feeling better than when you first met him. I've battled chronic lower back and hip pain due to years of contact sports and consistent weight lifting. Derek was able to zero in on the issues I was having and provide me with the much-needed relief and advice that would help me identify my path to healing. Spend some time with Derek, and your body will thank you!
When I saw Derek for the first time I had no idea what an Osteopath even was. He was very welcoming and kind and he explained his methods before we got started.
