Stop looking for the best...Derek is the best! I've learned about my body and have had such success with the treatments. I had chronic hip aches and walked out with an understanding of the why and what I could do to prevent them. He's what you're looking for.
Derek took me in like a wounded bird and helped me through a painful knee scenario in preparation for a half-marathon. He worked with me, and also was super knowledgeable within showing me exercises that benefited me in stabilizing and rebuilding the muscles to be ready to race. Will be continuing treatment monthly!
I saw Derek throughout training for my first ultra marathon. He met my body where it was at and focused on treatments that would allow my body to obtain the most out of my training I could. He is very knowledgeable and professional and you can tell right away he is very passionate about Osteopathy. I always left treatments feeling aligned and settled in my body, well taken care of and ready for my next training session. Thank you Derek!
I was referred to Derek by a neighbour who had seen him and thought he could help me with my lower back and neck issues .
