Regarding Icon's review, we all can have our 'off' days, and might misinterpret good intentions. I have personally utilized Dr. Rains' expertise on numerous occasions over the last decade+. Consultations for a range of leg and foot issues, including a knee operation, plantar advice, PT recommendations, outside specialist referrals, etc. He is an excellent physician and an honest individual. I was looking up Dr Rains number for a family friend and was shocked to see his one star review. I thought I would share my experience. Around 7years ago I was at an outdoor concert and passed out. My fall resulted in a severe clavicle break in 4 places. Dr Rains was recommended to me after struggling to find a surgeon that would see me in a timely manner.
