Derek was our realtor that helped us search for a house. We started our search in March of 2025, and we didnt buy until December. Derek helped us check out a lot of houses in that time, and when we couldn't find what we liked he helped us find a place to rent. The entire time Derek gave us helpful advice and was patient during our search. We didn't feel pressed by him to buy, or not to buy. Would definitely recommend working with Derek for your home buying or selling needs!

Derek was so helpful during our condo buying process! He never rushed us, always knew all the ways to enter every crazy building and all the many keys and fobs, always patient, and always had the answers. When he didn’t immediately know something, he was very quick to find out and get back to us. We highly recommend Derek, he went above and beyond without missing a beat!

Derek was excellent! We purchased our first home with him, he helped us find a list of good homes to tour, toured 11 homes with us, and gave us great insight on the pros/cons between each house. Not knowing much about the process of home-buying (we are military and utilizing the VA loan), he was excellent walking us through it, thank you Derek!
