My partner and I rented from him for one year and it was the worst rental experience we have had. We are notoriously good tenants, but Derek and his team were very difficult to work with. They tried to blame water issues that had obviously been going on for longer than our lease on us. I have lived in 3 Bradway apartments over 4 years. The Bradway family and their work crews have always treated me very well. Maintenance requests are addressed quickly. I have moved between a few different properties and never had issues related to deposits. Reviewers complaining about unreturned deposits more than likely left properties in a state that justified a deposit not being returned. Derek keeps his word and is up front about expectations. Houghton For Rent has been so wonderful to rent from. Every time something broke it was fixed promptly. The workers are respectful. Communication is answered quickly. Good people offering good service.
