Had a great experience working with Derek Baldy! We were out of state buyers and Derek really went the extra mile with a weekly video walk through of the house so we could see the progress. He quickly responded to questions and calls. Because he lives on the Island he was able to help us with the best places to eat and play. He even connected us to people to help our son find a job!
