It turns out that he is an extremely churlish doctor who will deny needed medication in an emergency partially of his own creation. Very much into sitting and typing but very hands off and unwilling to go deeper than a referral or prescription. I have had him deny me a beta blocker he assured me I could not be without because I could not do an annual physical in his shifting time frame. Purely managed medicine fluff and platitudes. If you don't need a doctor, well he's your guy.
