Oh no! Dr. Oldham is leaving Optum. Where is he going? How can I now make appointments with him, and keep him as my PCP?
My wife and I just established with Dr. Oldham! If you want someone who will be friendly, take time to listen, and actually dig to get to the root of your issues, he is your man! We were both super impressed with his demeanor and his extensive knowledge. He also made sure to speak in patient friendly language. We are so glad we found him and that he was accepting new patients!
I was out of state dealing with a significant medical issue and called 3 times over an 8 hour period with ZERO response from Dr Oldham or his medical team. I finally received a call back 3 days later. I’m no longer a patient. No excuse to lack sense of urgency after the front desk staff emailed him 3 times. I had to find an out of state doctor to assist.
Just called in for refill for 10, pain meds for my back. Last refill was may 20th. He has to see me. My sister is in hospice at my home and could die anytime now. But I have to see him. So I guess I'll suffer from my back while my heart hurts for my dying sister.
