I'm a Salem resident and I am on a mission to tour all the local attractions and landmarks. About this one: The Derby Wharf Light Station is a short, rectangular lighthouse built in 1871 and located at the very end of Derby Wharf. It's one of the two lighthouses in Salem; this one is downtown and part of the Maritime National Park so it's the most popular.
