Worst GP receptionists ever.
As another comment has already said, very rude and patronising service. Was sent multiple emails telling me to sign up with the pharmacy here when moving to Uni, to be prescribed antibiotics and upon picking them up been told they haven’t been open for months. It simply isn’t there problem and never ended up getting the antibiotics I needed. Very unfriendly, uncaring and unhelpful to those in need of help.
I cannot thank the surgery enough. All staff are so friendly and helpful, especially the reception team. Doctors appointments are pretty easy to obtain and mental health support is over and above what other surgeries offer. Very happy patient :-)
Extremely disappointed with the service at this surgery. The reception team is incredibly rude and unprofessional, I was even hung up on during a call. I spoke to Charlotte, who claimed to be a manager, about a serious mistake with my prescription. I had clearly requested all four medications on one prescription, but they were split into two. I urgently needed this corrected as the medication was required for travel, yet the issue was not handled with any urgency or care and said I need to wait 48 hours. This caused unnecess... read more
