I’ve seen a car I liked and sent an enquiry. The team was very responsive which made me feel that my inquiry won’t go unnoticed. Sale process was completed in less than half an hour (speedy!) And my car was delivered in less than 24 hours (I live over 150 miles away) Couldn’t be happier with everything from start to end :)

dealt me a bad car that was accident damaged and then just kept misleading us a few days later when we tried taking the car back. Don't fall for the charm. very deceitful. Now we are stuck with a bad car that has been parked up for weeks
Forewarning this is going to be a long one but if you want to dodge a bullet I would read this review in its entirety. We bought an Audi A3 from Derby Prestige Cars almost 2 years ago now, you may ask why it has taken us so long for us to leave a review however we were so worried about our extended warrantee being voided by them we had to wait all this time to leave this review from the worst car dealership in the country.
