Absolutely disgraceful, customer service is disgusting, charge a crazy amount then send the wrong things with shitty product. Sent all wrong coloured wardrobes and the wrong bed to my house. Altaf is no help at all, forced me to keep the wrong wardrobes and takes way to long to pick up the wrong things they delivered. I recently visited Derby Interior and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. I’m not sure if the person who attended me was the owner or an employee, but his overconfident attitude was off-putting. I didn’t buy anything in the end, mainly due to a clear basic manufacturing fault I noticed in one of the items.
