Absolutely terrible experience with Derby Mill Interiors. They couldn’t finish a simple job, left everything untidy and incomplete, and showed zero professionalism throughout. After months of chasing Altaf and Idris to complete basic work, they stopped responding entirely and even blocked my contact. I just had my carpets fitted amazing service and huge range. Loads of sofa (also make to measure) and wardrobes alot more too
Absolutely disgraceful, customer service is disgusting, charge a crazy amount then send the wrong things with shitty product. Sent all wrong coloured wardrobes and the wrong bed to my house. Altaf is no help at all, forced me to keep the wrong wardrobes and takes way to long to pick up the wrong things they delivered.
