I had a great experience at Kawasaki Derby. The atmosphere was welcoming, and everything felt smooth from start to finish. Special thanks to salesman Chris Carr—he was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process stress-free. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt confident in my purchase. Highly recommend both the dealership and Chris if you’re looking for excellent service.
I’ve purchased motorcycles from every brand dealerships, some new, some used, I haven’t actually purchased anything from them yet but I will, my bike is causing me a few concerns so I spoke with the manager who introduced me to one of the technicians, he listened to my concerns and advised me that the first thing I should do is replace the worn tyres and if I’m still unhappy then to bring it to him and he’ll give it a look over and test ride. Just had first service done and not only the cheapest quote I received but very friendly happy staff. Defo coming back when it's time to change.
Had a panic attack thinking bike was due service, talked to a guy called chris in servicing put my mind fully at ease Thank-you.
