Dr Afzal is the most unprofessional GP I have ever met in my life. She has no sympathy, compassion or communication skills. She kept talking over me, didn’t listen to the presenting complaints properly. Just because she’s a doctor doesn’t mean she knows everything without patients explaining the signs and symptoms. I don’t even want to give 2 star that’s how bad it is. The staff in reception is extremely rude. They need to get hold of themselves when talking to patient on call because if you busy dealing with people on call we are here as well patiently waiting and then the rudest staff talks to you as if I am so eager to call. Disgusting staff, they should learn how to respect the peoples and how to talk with them.

I can only recommend the Derby Family Medical Centre, where the staff is always helpful and skilled. Thank you (Dr Mahmood ) so much for all you did for me, hugely appreciated and I felt so much more secure with your advice, medical care and help.
