Used these as my insurance company could not come out straight away and my cooker had gone needed a report doing in order for them to arrange replacement or repair. Mr Hamed came out within 2 hours was really nice professional did my report was sent off to my insurers the same day and I had a response the next day just waiting on my new cooker. Great service would recommend
