I bought a zoeller pump from Lowe's to replace my failed one that caused my basement to flood 6 weeks ago... We literally just got the flood repairs finished this past weekend... New drywall, baseboards, carpet etc... This morning at 6am we woke up to the same situation as last... We determined it was a faulty pump and they quickly gave us a brand new one... Now they just informed me that it's ALL they are willing to do.. They won't pay for the plumber to return and install the new pump, they won't pay for the mitigation com... read more
