I researched for months and came across a pool company called Derby City Pools run by Alex and Rick Fransen. I have met other families who have had pools put in by this company and these families have nothing but good things to say about them. I’ve heard nightmare stories from other companies but not this one. Work started on my pool May 2nd 2022 it was completed on 15 June 2022, we took a week delay due to no concrete being available. Aggressive, unprofessional, rude. I tried to call to get information about the pool services and he hung up just saying I called 3 times (not true) and that they are not interested on servicing my pools, which I am fine with, but not in the way so rude and unprofessional.
I highly recommend Derby City Pools. They put a beautiful pool in for us in 2023. Rick and Alex are amazing to work with. They communicated every step and did everything they said they would. They answered every question we had and helped us make a dream come true! From the start of the project, they were there every day until our pool was completed. Still, a year later, they are so responsive whenever we have a question. So glad we found them!
